Is this a drop-off event?
While this is intended to be a drop-off event, parents are welcome to stay and hang out. However, please let our volunteers lead the activities.

What safety precautions are in place?
All volunteers have passed background checks. Children will always be under the supervision of at least two adults. The facility, with exception of restrooms, is equipped with security cameras that are monitored regularly.

Can my child bring their cell phone?
Absolutely. However, in order to encourage participation and reduce the likelihood of phones being damaged or lost, we will have a supervised cell phone drop off spot. Each phone will be labeled with the child’s name and they are free to use it, if needed, at that location.

Who do I contact if I have questions or concerns during the Open Gym event?
Upon signing in your child, you will be given an info sheet that will include the phone numbers of at least two of our volunteers.
